All tablets, mounts, software, and related hardware (“Equipment”) remain the sole property of Soukonpa LLC unless an item is purchased by client.
Host agrees to:

Provide reasonable space and access to electrical power

Allow placement in a visible customer-accessible area

Not move, disconnect, alter, or tamper with the Equipment without written consent from Company
Company shall be responsible for maintenance and repair due to normal wear and system malfunction.
